Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Kaia pair. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return it and exchange it for another product or size.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with the original box and all tags attached. To request an exchange, please contact us with your order number.

Please note that returns are accepted for exchange only. Cash refunds are not available. Any price difference between the exchanged items must be settled accordingly. Delivery charges are non-refundable, and additional exchange delivery fees may apply.
